In this episode of Candid with Knecht, our CEO, Joseph Knecht chats with VP of Sales for Ecsell Institute, Will Kloefkorn about how this crisis is driving behavior and how his company is helping companies level-set during these times.
Will and his team are helping organizations understand how their employees are feeling, the role of their managers, and how the company is communicating. They use that data to learn how to better react and lead with empathy.
Q: What would be your key takeaways or momentum for creating change within their organization or at least assessing the temperature within their organization?
A. "Whether it's a pandemic or times are the best, that role of the leader is there. If you have neglected the role of a leader, or not putting attention to it today, do so, because it has a huge impact on the personal lives of the people who report into you but also the performance of the organization."
