The easiest way to contact your ProteusEngage support team is via email. Just send a note to email@example.com and within minutes, you'll receive an email confirming that a support ticket has been opened for you. At that time, you will also be able to create a login account for our support portal. Please be sure to use the same email address.
Alternatively, you can create a support ticket online, as well as view and update open tickets, in our online support portal. Tickets are usually responded to within eight business hours of submission.
