Client Success Specialist - Onboarding

We are searching for communicative candidates who are proactive and passionate about building strong client relationships and using technology to help a sales team grow.  

In this role, you will be responsible for the onboarding experience for all of our newest clients, assisting with data import, account setup and training, and education on how to integrate ProteusEngage into their sales process. You will work to help create a frictionless process for our clients, so that they can get up and running with our platform quickly and maximize their business’ growth potential.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

  • Outreach to all new clients assigned, conducting kickoff calls and orientation to the onboarding program.

  • Collaborate with the team to set up or configure our software platform as per clients’ requirements.

  • Assist with data and content imports.

  • Proactively provide additional trainings with new clients who are struggling or in danger of churning.

  • Maintain a current, in-depth knowledge of the functions and special features of ProteusEngage and be able to effectively transfer this knowledge to a wide range of users.

  • Continue to iterate on the program using your personality and voice to create a memorable onboarding experience.

  • Offer best practices on how other clients find success using the ProteusEngage platform.

EDUCATION

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • High level of energy and enthusiasm, a desire to “wow” the client and a passion for being part of a hardworking team.

  • Comfortable on the phone with individual clients as well as groups for training sessions.

  • Strong attention to detail and highly accountable.

  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, verbal and written.

  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, balancing quality and progress.

  • Self-motivated, works independently, has good judgment and consistent follow-through.

  • Tech-savvy with lots of energy and a desire to learn.

  • Entrepreneurial and excited by the challenge of building the future from scratch.

  • A team player who loves sharing good news and finding opportunities in challenges.

  • Ideally 2+ years of experience in Client Success, Account Management, Business Development, or other client-facing roles.

  • Marketing or Sales Ops experience is a plus!
